About
Written by the parents who did the wagon haul
30A With Kids is a family guide to the Scenic Highway 30A corridor, published by a small independent team under a team byline. No invented staff writers, no stock-photo personas, no influencer partnerships. We write the way a friend who has done the trip talks: enthusiastic about the good parts and blunt about naps, lines, heat, and red-flag days.
The rules we hold
- Every stated rule names its operating authority with a link: flags cite the South Walton Fire District, access facts cite the county, road law cites the state.
- No fabricated reviews, ratings, kid-friendliness scores, prices, or crowd numbers, ever. Where our sources are silent, we say so and stop.
- We never call a red-flag day a beach day, and we never bury a safety caveat below a pretty photo.
- Every page carries a date, and edits change the date.
- Businesses cannot pay to appear here. Nothing on this site is a paid placement.
Corrections make the site better and we genuinely want them: hello@30awithkids.com reaches a person.
